Board of Directors: 6 members
A brief recap
President: In charge of Board meetings and Parent Meetings. Help keep the board on task and the club moving forward in a positive way. Work with the Head Coach. Be sure to delegate an even work load though out the club.
Vice President: Assist the President, help with committees. By laws state this position coordinates all committees. They would ensure that each committee is on task and report to the Board of Directors.
Secretary: Handle all club correspondence, swimmer registration, new members paperwork, etc.
Treasurer: Collect all monthly dues, pay all coaches and pool fees. Create annual budget and dues structure with help of Head Coach. Complete all travel break outs and bill accordingly. Ensure that the club taxes are filed correctly and on time.
Members at Large: Generally on a committee listed above. Has voting rights and help round out the board for all team point of view.
The Board of Directors should be made up of at least 1 parent from each team and or age group.
