11-12; 13-15; 16-17; 18-19) Like the Intermediate level, Age Group competitions consist of four required figures and/or technical routines. All 11-12 Age Group swimmers must perform required technical elements in their routines in a certain order within a specified time limit and all movements must be synchronized except for the cadence element in team routines. The figures and elements are more difficult than the Intermediate level, and the 13-15 elements are more difficult than the 11-12 elements.
