CANCELLATION POLICY:
Individual Reservations cancelled/changed less than 72 hours prior to arrival on or after March 2, will be charged for the entire reservation.  Reservations cancelled with at lease 72 hours notice will be charged the deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Hotel Policy for Cancellation of an individual guaranteed reservation is at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival dated and must be received in writing.  Rooms released less than 72 hours prior to arrival date and all no-shows will be subject to a cancellations penalty equivalent to the first night’s room and tax.  Cancellation of an entire group less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date will result in penalty in the amount of $250.00, automatically charged to the Group’s Credit Card.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Suncoast is a GAMING FACILITY.  Because of this, athletes under 21 must be supervised at all times.  Hotel does provide restaurants, movie theaters and bowling alley.  Hotel has shuttle service to McCarran Airport, based on a first come, first serve basis.  Cut-off date for reservations is February 4.

Located close to I-95, and also close to Summerlin Parkway.  Visitors have access to Best of the West Shopping center, which has many restaurants, shopping and close proximity to Rainbow Movie Theaters.  Hotel offers outdoor heated swimming pool, and a fitness room.  Cut off date for reservations are February 6th.
